Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect commercially sensitive information shared during an engagement.
Care plans
Care plans are ongoing services billed per agreed cycle and may be cancelled with reasonable written notice.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to a claim.
